We are a member-led alliance of organisations working together to improve how health data is used for research.
The UK Health Data Research Alliance (the Alliance) brings together organisations across the UK to enable the safe, ethical use of data for better health and care.
We are led by our members, for our members.
Our members include organisations across the NHS, academia, and charities. This brings a great variety of expertise – from data custodians and infrastructure providers to research institutes, patient groups, regulators and more.
We provide a space for organisations to come together, share learning and work on shared challenges in health data research. Membership is free and open to all organisations working in health data research.
The delivery team runs Alliance operations and convenes working groups, as prioritised by its member organisations.
