Health Data Connect

Health Data Connect (HDC) is a collaborative MVP exploring practical ways to make health data ecosystem innovation, capability and implementation learning easier to navigate, understand and adopt. Focused on curated ecosystem information and practical content, HDC brings together frameworks, pathways, products, services, standards, reusable approaches and supporting resources from across the UK health data ecosystem in a structured and navigable way. By combining rich information, transparent maturity tiers and downloadable adoption packs, HDC aims to help organisations more easily understand what exists, where it has been used, what adoption involves and where opportunities for collaboration may already exist across the ecosystem.
